Our Seasons and Our Cycles
Discover how each phase of your monthly menstrual cycle corresponds to one of the earth’s seasons. This workshop is not about hormones or nutrition, it is the powerful unraveling of everything you were taught was “wrong” with your body, as you learn how your emotional and physical needs are meant to shift each week, with each phase having a unique purpose. This new embodiment provides a sense of ease in your relationship with yourself, others, and to any symptoms you may be experiencing.
When we celebrate our changing nature, we give ourselves permission to be where we are, which brings resonance to the pelvic bowl.
This is valuable even if you are no longer menstruating, as you continue to exist as a woman with a cyclical nature. The integration of your bleed years allows for a deep clearing of congestion from the pelvic bowl.
This workshop meets once a week for 4 weeks and is held in a small group setting, where you can absorb the medicine in both sharing and witnessing.
Cost is $100 with sliding scale and pay it forward options available.
Introduction to Holistic Pelvic Care
What is Holistic Pelvic Care? Curious but not ready to dive into a full session? Come and learn about what it means to restore vitality to your pelvic bowl. We will explore why congestion occurs, what it may look and feel like, and why clearing it is an important and often overlooked piece of women’s healthcare.
This introduction is offered in a pay what you can format.
Integrating Your First Bleed
Learn about how the stories and beliefs you imprinted around the experience of your first bleed affects your cycle, fertility and how you relate to your womb space and femininity. This is a 2 part workshop, with the first session an exploration of your patterning and the second session a guided meditation to clear and restore resonance to the pelvic bowl.
Cost is $50 with sliding scale and pay it forward options available.
Basics of Internal Massage
For the same reasons you might choose massage to support the tissues and musculature of the rest of your body, developing a practice of internal massage helps release restrictions and adhesions and bring blood flow to the entire pelvic bowl. Although the physical benefits are vast, this work transcends the physical plane and can be deeply healing as you learn to meet, listen and tend to yourself in a new way. Discover the power and beauty of reorienting to your center in a way that feels sacred rather than clinical, medical or sexual. This is also a beautiful way to restore trust between you and your womb space.
We will not be performing internal work together, but will be learning the techniques to explore at home. An optional follow up session will be available for questions, reflections and integration.
Cost is $30 with sliding scale and pay it forward options available.

Womb Reverence Circles are offered monthly. This is an intentional space for women to deepen their senses and hone their skills of cyclical wisdom. It is an opportunity to receive the medicine that is embedded in sacred sharing and in sacred witnessing.
